The training concept of Superhuman Gym was launched in 2016 by Somesh Kamra, a professional Mixed Martial Artist, specializing in Muay Thai. By partnering with global MMA ‘compliance’ bodies, this concept has sought to create a standardized methodology to impart fitness training using MMA techniques in India. We had tie ups with Talwalkars and Golds Gym and operated exclusive training within their premise. In 2018, we launched the flagship 10,000 sqft Superhuman Gym – an exclusive premise for the purpose of Alternate Fitness Training. Leveraging on it base of knowledge & International affiliations, Superhuman Gym has been working diligently to build an all-India base for the sport and a franchisable model for expansion.

Somesh Kamra
Somesh Kamra is a professional mixed martial artist specializing in Muay Thai. Somesh has designed many effective training programs for Superhuman Gym and the Police Academy. His knowledge of hand to hand combat is unbeaten and has been a success story for many students. Somesh Kamra is educated from the University of Golds Gym in the field of physical fitness that includes strength training, plyometrics & cardio vascular training for muscular conditioning.
Frank Mapranny
Frank Mapranny has MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology from UK has led him to brush shoulders with the best in the Industry. The international exposure has led him to bring in creative ideas to the team. He has over 16 years of experience in health and fitness industry. He is responsible for the setting up new projects, staff training & development, maintaining our quality standards, keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training development. He has pioneered training the trainers concept at YFC. A fitness enthusiast, a writer and an outdoor person. He has written several articles on sports and fitness. On his free time, he works with DY Patil as a visiting faculty, writes and is a motorcycle enthusiast.
